I am a 26 yr. old female and have been diagnosed with a macular hole. I have had no eye injury so this is very odd for my age. I am asking because I’d like to know if there is anyone else who has had this condition at such a young age. Also, tips for the healing period of 10 days face down. I am preg. currently and not sure whether to have surgery now or with a newborn. Face down will be very difficult either way. Also, I have been advised to have the surgery as soon as possible, so there is no way I could wait until the baby is older. Thanks for any input or advice.
