Three piece hydrophobic acrylic IOL from Alcon (AcrySof – TM) implanted post macular hole repair in 1997. Yag lasers performed one year later for Capsular Distention and posterior pole opacification. “Slight opacification” of optic noted at that time. Patient now complains of progressively increasint glare.
