61 year old patient with a 5month history of decreased vision. She has a cataract and a full thickness macular hole. The internal limiting membrane was stained with 0.5mg/cc of ICG without an air fluid exchange. The ILM was peeled with endgrasping 23 guage disposable forceps. The conjunctivae and sclera were sutured due to leakage of gas through the sclerotomies.
